Wanting to Kick Unhealthy Habits

We all have unhealthy habits and to break those habits, is easier said than done. For me, I LOVE bread and it’s so hard to let go. It’s something I go back and forth with myself with. Sometimes If  suggestions are thrown out there, it can possibly encourage someone to try something new/different.  Well, today I’m going to list a few healthy habits to have.  Take Multivitamin Supplements. ... This Blog is special to me and I want it to be a safe space for all of the TTC women. Often times people forget how stressful, discouraging, and down right heartbreaking it is to not be able to do the one thing, as women we’re made to do. For most of us women, we want nothing more than to be a mom.
