This journal is to INSPIRE, EDUCATE, and MOTIVATE you to keep pushing through your healing process. In therapy I’ve learned that if you break down your emotions and thought process separately it will help you get closer to the root of the issues you're battling. That’s when I decided to come up with this journal, to help people break down their emotions, try to understand them and grow from what they discovered. Each page has a topic that most individuals face, and on those pages you can write down your personal journey with those topics.
