What's your shipping policy?
Customers will receive their order 2-8 business days after it is placed (excluding weekends & holidays).
2-3 Days for processing time.
3-5 Days For shipping time.
What is your return policy?
We DO NOT accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or have their tags removed.
We also DO NOT accept returns on accessories E.I. ( sunglasses, rings, necklaces. etc)
On ALL handmade items there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES! Just adjustments if applicable.
On apparel You will have 7 DAYS to return With tags still attached to receive store credit ONLY No REFUNDS!
AFTER 7 days you will ONLY get a 10% discount off your next purchase.

How does pick up work?
Once your order is placed, You'll receive a notification when it's Ready for pickup. If order is not picked up by the end of day when ready, we will hold for 24hrs.
After 24hrs a refund will be given to you and you should see your refund back in your within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
